In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our product team, ensuring that our solutions meet the unique needs of each client and helping them achieve their financial objectives using our platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges to ensure optimal use of our blockchain solutions.
  • Manage customer onboarding, education, and ongoing support processes to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback and insights with product development teams to help guide future product enhancements.
  • Create and deliver reports on account status, including successes, issues, and potential risks, to relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead training sessions and webinars to educate customers on the latest product features and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in the fintech or blockchain industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
