Job Description
Our blockchain financial company is seeking a talented Front End Developer who is passionate about building interactive and efficient web applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating the user interface of our blockchain-based platforms, which are designed to deliver seamless and secure financial services. You will work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to ensure that our applications not only look appealing but also provide a top-notch user experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features and optimize existing ones to enhance user experience and increase user engagement.
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code that will produce visual elements of the application.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain the integrity of the original design concepts.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability and meet product stakeholder requirements.
- Test applications for usability and fix any bugs to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Implement front-end security measures and ensure that all user data is protected.
- Maintain and update all jQuery plugins for the site and integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and incorporate them into operations and activities to enhance development efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
